amazing stay!
positive vibes excellent support cozy atmosphere satisfying needs
the animation team delivered super positive vibes. mr mohamed saaid provided really good support during my wife's birthday celebration. the hotel has a cozy atmosphere and the housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness. the food and beverage team made every effort to satisfy our needs.
the beach was a bit far from the main hotel building, it required a short walk or shuttle ride.

the hotel features several swimming pools including dedicated children's areas. each pool area has ample seating with sun loungers and umbrellas. there are also multiple dining options ranging from buffet-style restaurants to à la carte venues.

maintained gardens great job uncomfortable hot google reviews
i am grateful for the hotel grounds. the grounds were beautifull with well maintained gardens. my room cleaner did a great job. moustafa cleaned my room every day with great responsibility.
the air conditioning in the restaurant need some improvement. it was uncomfortably HOT. the animation team tried to pressure me to write google reviews. this felt uncomfortable.

immaculate grounds friendly lifeguard amazing towel art
the grounds are immaculate. the gardening staff do an AMAZING job. one lifeguard at the quiet pool checked if we needed mattresses, he was super friendly. ali, our cleaner, cleaned our room impeccably and made amazing towel art every day.
the pillows are very firm so i had to ask for a softer pillow.
